Reserve my admission

The full admission ticket is a date-specific, self-guided entry covering the Basilica di Aquileia and its 4th-century mosaic floor, the frescoed and excavation crypts, the Baptistery and Südhalle, the Domus–Palazzo Episcopale, and the Domus di Tito Macro. There is no fixed entry time; your ticket is valid across the complex's opening hours on your chosen date.

What's included

Every booking includes the elements below — handled by our concierge team before your visit and confirmed at the entrance.

• Date-specific, self-guided entry to the Basilica di Aquileia • Access to the Complesso Basilicale — frescoed and excavation crypts, Baptistery and Südhalle • Access to the Domus di Tito Macro and the Domus–Palazzo Episcopale • Reserved and confirmed before you travel, booking handled in your own language

Who this is for

The full admission ticket suits any visitor 18 or over. Travelling with anyone under 18? They enter free at the gate — we don't sell a ticket for a free-entry category, since there's nothing to book.

On the day

The Basilica sits at Piazza Capitolo 1 in the centre of Aquileia. Allow around ninety minutes to two hours for the Basilica, crypts and Domus di Tito Macro, longer if the Baptistery and episcopal complex interest you. Opening hours vary by season — typically 10:00–19:00 in summer, contracting to 10:00–16:00 in winter — and the Basilica closes to visitors before midday on Sundays and holidays.

Frequently asked

Do I need to visit at a specific time?
No — your ticket is date-specific, not time-specific. Enter and explore freely any time during opening hours on your chosen date.
How do I receive it?
As a mobile ticket with a QR code by email once confirmed — nothing to print.
Does this cover all four sites?
Yes — the Basilica, the Complesso Basilicale (crypts, Baptistery, Südhalle), the Domus–Palazzo Episcopale and the Domus di Tito Macro are all included on this single ticket.
Is the National Archaeological Museum included?
No — it's a separate state museum with its own ticket, a short walk from the Basilica.
